Client projects
Submitting an inquiry does not create a service agreement. Project scope, deliverables, schedules, ownership and other commitments are established in a separate written agreement. That agreement controls the relevant client work. Website examples and general descriptions are illustrative and do not guarantee a particular business, search-ranking or AI-discovery outcome.
Ava development and beta
Ava by Aurathex is in active development and is not a public-ready or fully autonomous product. Features, supported platforms and availability may change. Applications are reviewed for selected beta participation and do not guarantee access or a release date. Any beta access is subject to separate terms and product privacy information supplied before participation. Preview workflows are illustrative; they do not establish that every shown capability is currently available.
Responsible use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, send malicious code, impersonate others or submit information you are not authorized to share. You remain responsible for the accuracy and suitability of information you submit.
Content and intellectual property
Aurathex branding, original site content and design belong to Aurathex or its licensors. You may browse and link to public pages. Other uses of protected material require permission or another lawful basis. Rights in client deliverables are governed by the relevant project agreement. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
Third-party services
Links and integrations may lead to services operated by others. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We do not control third-party availability or content. Our Privacy Policy explains website data handling.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep information accurate, but the site may contain errors, change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, website information is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted service, completeness or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or changes an express commitment in a signed client agreement.
